Bring a friend's camera into OBS

Jharaka (ଝରକା) is Odia for window: each cam is a window into a friend's room, opened straight into your stream.

The host makes a room and shares its code. Friends type the code here and go live, and the host's OBS shows them. Video goes straight from their browser to OBS whenever possible, and nothing is recorded.
